Answer to Question 1

.

Answer to Question 2

The country which has borders with Spain is France. It affects the Basque region
of Spain the most, although it also influences the Catalonian region of Spain. The
Basque region in Spain connects with the Basque region in France so the
influence is so much that the two often blend seamlessly in the growing of some
foods, the preparation of very similar dishes, and the customs and characteristics
of the people.
