In the United States, social class is relevant in discussions of women and psychotherapy because
 
  a. women are less likely than men to have insurance that pays for mental-health care.
  b. insurance companies are much more likely to cover psychotherapy than pharmacotherapy.
  c. workplace regulations now specify that companies must allow employees to have time off for appointments with mental-health professionals, yet women in low-paying jobs do not know this information.
  d. women respond well to psychodynamic therapy; unfortunately, this approach is likely to be very expensive.
