If by unfortunate circumstances your employee falls sick and develops symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea and fever, what would you do? Please provide a script of how you would handle the situation.

Answer to Question 1

- Listen to the employee
- Understand the symptoms
- Make the decision to exclude the employee
-Explain to the employee why you have to exclude them from work temporarily

Answer to Question 2

1 . smoking
2 . eating or drinking
3 . going to the restroom
4 . sneezing or blowing your nose
5 . switching between RTE to raw foods and vice-versa
