How does the stereoscopic z-axis differ from the standard 2D one?
 
 

a. it goes from the screen to the horizon and from the screen to the viewer
  b. it goes only toward the viewer
  c. it goes only from the horizon to the screen
  d. it is the same as in 2D
  e. there is no z-axis in stereoscopic 3D when done correctly
