PR professionals need to visit and understand every aspect of an organization to develop the insider knowledge necessary to connect with various publics. What is insider knowledge and how would you go about obtaining such knowledge?

Insider knowledge is information that can only be gathered from within the
organization from employees at all levels. This information is gained from all of those involved
in the day-to-day activities of the organization through observation, interviews, and others means
of assessment.
