Answer to Question 1

Answer: Nearly all personality typologies converge on three primary temperaments: Extraversion, Neuroticism, and Impulsivity. Extraversion consists primarily of tendencies towards positive emotion, reward sensitivity, an interest in social rewards, and tendencies towards sociability and interest in others. Neuroticism is characterized by negative emotions, anxiety, sensitivity to punishment and a tendency to social withdrawal and isolation. Impulsivity is almost synonymous with Psychoticism and is characterized by lack of restraint, sensation and novelty seeking, and a lack of conscientiousness and agreeableness.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: What Eysenck meant was that DNA doesnt do anything directly to body function. It is a blueprint with which the bodys structure is built and its function is guided. Out of DNA are built the bodys responses, brain structures, brain activity, and biochemical processes that more directly make the difference in personality.
