Answer to Question 1

c

Answer to Question 2

The main issue with the use of these cameras is whether they violate a reasonable
expectation of privacy for the individual drivers. The Court has not yet decided a
case dealing with these cameras. The issue that will probably arise will deal with the
proposition that drivers on public streets have a low expectation of privacy. That
argument will probably be expanded to other security cameras that are appearing all
across the country. As long as the cameras are for physical tracking, not recording
conversation, they will probably be constitutional.
