avoid biasing the jurors

Shows such as CSI have fostered jury's beliefs that there should be a
substantial amount of forensic evidence in a case.
In cases that rely mostly on circumstantial evidence, jurors are less willing to convict the defendant.
Jurors expectations with regard to evidence are unrealistic.
