 include reporting regularly to the probation officer, notifying the agency of any changes of address, not leaving the jurisdiction without permission, and remaining employed

o Punitive conditions:

 usually reflect the seriousness of the offense
 intended to increase the punishment of the offender
 include fines, community service, restitution, drug testing, and home confinement

o Treatment conditions:

 imposed to reverse patterns of self-destructive behavior
 may include undergoing alcohol and or drug treatment, or anger-control therapy
