b. The alien is not subject to prosecution of illegal reentry into the United States unless he was actually arrested at some previous time.
c. There must be a prior deportation of the alien from the country.
d. The alien must be found entering or attempting to enter the United States.
e. The alien reenters the United States without the consent of the attorney general.
