Answer: Answer should include information on how work assignments keep inmates active, limit time to plan escape, and place inmates under supervision of staff.

Answer: Hostage negotiations teams possess excellent communication skills for diffusing hostage situations. Disturbance control teams manage riot situations. Special emergency response teams are trained in weapons, explosives and lethal force.
