Answer: Answer should include: Biologically, males are more prone to be aggressive and use violence to settle disputes. Females are more emotional and verbal creatures, and less likely to be aggressive.

Answer: Answer should include: This allows for female inmates to spend quality time with their daughters during incarceration. They can participate in Girl Scout activities with their mothers, but also activities with troops formed outside the prison. The parent-child bond can be strengthened.
