Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

Positive Peer Culture would be a good fit for Robert.
The main philosophy of PPC is to turn around the negative peer culture and to mobilize the power of the peer group in a positive way.
PPC does this by teaching group members to care for one another.
Once caring becomes fashionable and is accepted by the group, hurting goes out of style.
