What are the requirements for a guilty plea to be considered intelligent?

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Good answers will explain which party benefits the most and least by describing specifically what makes that party benefit the most/least. Students should list what specific benefits are gained. Their position should be supported by using the courts reasoning in deciding cases or making a strong case against the courts decision. This question is also partially opinion based.
