This type of clutch uses a non-contacting nonferrous rotor (usually copper or aluminum) sandwiched between two magnetic disks mounted in a housing. What is it called?

An Overrunning clutch is a mechanical device that allows rotation and torque to be transmitted in only one direction. Physically, overrunning clutches look like bearings and are sometimes mistaken for them.
