Answer to Question 1

It has six strands with 19 wires in each strand. Each strand has an outer ring of large wires, and inner ring of smaller wires, and a large center wire. This type construction makes the seale type wire rope very flexible.

Answer to Question 2

Broken fibers and abrasion, discoloration or stains, mold or mildew, and change in flexibility.
