Answer to Question 1

Components are generally used for objects that will repeat, such as windows. Editing one component edits them all, enabling you to change all windows at once. A room is likely to appear only once in a model, so it can be a group. Other objects that could be made into components are books, dining chairs, plants, bookcases  anything that might appear more than once.

Answer to Question 2

You can press Shift while an axis direction is indicated, to lock that direction. Or you can press one of the arrow keys

Chronic necrotizing aspergillosis has a slowly progressive process that, unlike invasive aspergillosis, does not spread to other organ systems or the blood vessels. It most often affects middle-aged and elderly individuals, spreading to surrounding tissue in the lungs. The disease often does not respond to conventionally successful treatments, and requires individualized therapies in order to keep it from becoming life-threatening.
