Patent drawings are pictorial and explanatory in nature. Centerlines, dimensions, and notes are omitted. Patent drawings are made with India ink on heavy, smooth, white paper, 10 x 15 with a 1 boarder on all sides. A space of not less than 1.25 from the top boarder for title, name, number, and other data to be added by the Patent Office.
