Answer: In general, leadership involves two different skills: emergent leadership, or the ability to become a leader in an organization, and effective leadership, or the ability to be a successful leader once you have the job.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Someone demonstrating counterproductive workplace behavior (CWB) does things that people should not do at work, such as stealing, bullying, harassment, aggression toward others, and abusing alcohol or drugs at work.
