Answer: If you are reading a U.S. news site, the story is more likely to focus on the murderer himselfthat he had a psychological problem or had a short fuse. If you are reading a Chinese news site, however, it is more likely to mention the situationthe gunman had been recently fired or the murder can be traced to the availability of guns.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Becca probably places the needs of others and the society first and promotes the idea that we need other people, and they need us.
