Answer: Randy favors the needs of the self over those of others and the society. Individualism emphasizes the individual self and its unique qualities independent from others.

Answer: Cultures and individuals constantly interact with each other. Culture shapes individuals, but individuals also shape culture. This is known as the mutual constitution model.
