Answer to Question 1

Answer: Researchers have labeled the pattern of more conscientiousness, more agreeableness, and less neuroticism as maturation of personality. In other words, young people's personalities mature as they invest in their lives and the great society through stable relationships and steady work.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: A study of 70,0000 Facebook users' language illustrates age differences in maturity clearly. High school students write about school; college students about studying, swearing, and drinking; 20-somethings about work; and adults over age 30 about family relationships.
