Answer: Classical conditioning is the associating of two things not normally associated with each other. For many people, there is an association between something they ate when they were sick or drank too much and the food itself. An example might be that you ate a lot of shrimp and drank too many shots one night and now you cannot stand the smell or taste of shrimp.
