Answer: Having a meaning in life means having a purpose and putting time and energy into attaining important goals. People who find their lives meaningful are happier, and happier people find more meaning in life. Feeling happy might be almost interchangeable with finding life meaningful. Finding a sense of meaning is important in both good and bad times.
