Answer to Question 1

Answer: If Felipe is high in affiliation motive, he values relationships with others. He wants to be around people, especially when he will accepted and happy. In negotiations or conflict with others, he is better able to make concessions and end the conflict. He is likely to have a more satisfying job and family life and cope better with stress.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Rogers thought of self-actualization a bit differently than Maslow did. Instead of believing that only a few people can self-actualize, Rogers believed that people can get closer to self-actualization when they experience unconditional positive regardacceptance and love of their whole selves without conditions attached.
