Answer: There is a trade-off between good and bad. On the negative side, narcissism is linked to poor decision making, such as risk-taking and not learning from mistakes. On the positive side, at least for the individual, narcissism is good for starting relationshipsafter the first meeting, narcissists are liked more than others in a group. After time, though, the narcissistic individual will likely be less liked.
