Conscientiousness people are good at keeping to schedules, and the world runs on a morning schedule Morning people are typically also higher in agreeableness and lower in extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience when compared to night owls. The typical evening person is messier, more outgoing, more anxious, more freewheeling, and open to new ideas.

Answer: Someone's life can affect their morningnesseveningn ess preferences by having a job or classes that force them to be awake early or to stay up late, despite the fact that they biologically at those times they would naturally have less energy. For example, having small children or an early work schedule forces someone who is a night owl to get up early.
