Answer to Question 1

Answer: An extravert is more likely to be a leader than an introvert. The extravert is likely to be more popular and likable than the introvert, and the extravert is probably more assertive as well.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Introverts are people who prefer the company of close friends and family to large groups. They may feel overstimulated by large gatherings, but they are not hermits.
