Why are earthquakes mainly found at the edges of plates?
 
  a) Earthquakes drive the plate motion
  b) That is where plates rub together
  c) Volcanic activity occurs at the plate edges
  d) Breakage and deformation of the lithosphere are focused at plate edges
  e) Convection causes mantle upwelling and downwelling
  at plate edges
