Answer to Question 1

To create an ethical climate, be certain your pattern of behavior aligns with your own values as well as your
organization's values. Increase your awareness of how to apply your organization's code of conduct. Through
additional training, learn how to deal with situations with an ethical dimension and how to anticipate situations
that involve your values and ultimately ethical choices.

Answer to Question 2

The qualities include integrity, vision, effectiveness, passionate commitment, and communication.
Integrity shows consistency between words and actions; choose the more difficult right over the easier wrong;
admit mistakes; consistently support standards.
Vision supports the direction for your department, unit or organization.
Effectiveness focuses on results versus tasks and techniques; builds on strengths.
Passionate commitment demonstrates high enthusiasm and energy levels, accepts the thrill of challenge; perseveres
from start to finish.
Communication offers opportunities to congratulate, thank, and acknowledge people who are displaying behaviors
that support the organization's values, speaks positively about policies and procedures, shows others they are
important by following up with those coworkers who receive promotions, graduate with degrees, and so on.

Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
