Contribution: II > I or III. I has the positive charge on a carbon next to two electron donating carbon
groups and one oxygen. II has the positive charge on oxygen which is electronegative, but it does have all
complete octets. III has the positive charge on a carbon with only one electron donating carbon group.

ANS: Since  bonds are stronger than  bonds, compounds that contain  bonds are more reactive than
those with only  bonds.
