Problems associated with prosecution computer crime include: Inadequate resources, lack of reporting, stereotypes of perpetrators and perceived insignificance, dearth of legislation and criminal statues, intangibility and volatility of evidence, prosecutorial reluctance, judicial ignorance, and jurisprudential inconsistency. Responses for the solutions should be unique and varied, but have appropriate rationale for the given solution.
