Answer to Question 1

Homophobia

Answer to Question 2

According to the victim precipitation theory, victimizations result from a number of precipitating factors, including the victim's behavior, including lifestyle interactions in situations in which deviance and criminality flourish. Active precipitation refers to situations where victims provoke violent encounters or use words to cause a physical confrontation with another. Passive precipitation occurs when a victim unknowingly provokes a confrontation with another.
