d

Answer to Question 2

Third-party consent is usually used to refer to permission to search an area, granted by a nonowner or an individual without a proprietary interest of said area. Determinations of the admissibility of items collected in such searches involves consideration of common authority and competency. Opinions will vary, but should be demonstrative of case law.
