Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

United States. Their rationale largely lay in the accessibility of fields to the general public and to law enforcement officials. The Court, however, has recognized that some areas attached to a private residence, known as curtilage, may be afforded protection under the Bill of Rights. Opinions regarding open fields will vary.
