Child enticement can now take place from within the home and shrouded by the relative anonymity of an online persona. Pedophiles need no longer expose themselves, their vehicles, or their physical appearance until much later in the process at the time of the actual meeting with the intended victim. All of the enticement behavior, including victim grooming, can take place beforehand from that anonymous, private realm.
