Since 9/11, the Coast Guard
 
  A) has established sea marshals
  B) has increased its mission capabilities considerably
  C) have decreased reliance on searching high risk vessels
  D) has a new Commandant

Question 2

Why can't we point to a hard disk and say where exactly the data came from?
 
  a. It is written in tracks that are microscopic in size.
  b. We can't say where the data is physically without completely mapping logical structure to physical surface.
