Your grandmother has recently been complaining about not sleeping well and not feeling rested. Given what you learned in this chapter on sleep and waking, what would be the BEST advice you could give her (other than to see her doctor for a checkup, of course)?
 
  a. Make sure she eats an evening meal low in carbohydrates to minimize production of serotonin.
 b. Put the television in her bedroom and tell her to fall asleep watching the evening news.
