Answer to Question 1

false, NRC ratings range from 0 - 1

Answer to Question 2

A reflected ceiling plan only shows items mounted on the ceiling, such as lights, sprinklers, HVAC registers, acoustical ceiling tile, and junction boxes for overhead projectors. It is a floor plan of the ceiling, viewed as if you were staring down into a mirror on the flooryou see the reflection of the ceiling above. An electrical plan shows everything connected to a wire, such as the circuit lines, which are not included on a reflected ceiling plan (a design drawing rather than a construction drawing)
