Excel content can be copied from Excel and pasted onto any page in SharePoint Online. Excel files can be uploaded to SharePoint in a variety of formats, including .xlsx, .xlsb, .html, mhtml, .pdf, or .xps. You can also import data from Excel into a SharePoint list using the Import Spreadsheet app.
