What can you use for sources of data for mailing labels? Is there anything special you would do for mailing labels based on parameter queries?

Answer to Question 1

Mailing labels can be created from tables or queries. If you are running mailing labels from a parameter query, the parameters must be entered before the report is run or there will be no results.

1.What elements should a database user have access to? Why shouldn't a database user have access to the entire database?
