Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

Death from natural causes may be gradual and expected or sudden as from a heart attack. Any death is considered a crisis. Ambiguous loss is confusing. Family members are baffled and immobilized because they don't know whether their family member is permanently or temporarily gone. Ambiguous loss denies people the symbolic rituals that usually support loss such as a funeral.
