Presentations features models posing like mannequins versus the traditional catwalk, Marni
showed its 2009 menswear collection presentation style to cut down on venue costs. The
Council of Fashion Designers of America suggested that some designers consider combining
shows to cut costs. Boutiques as a venue are another option as well.
