examines where people live, what they do for a living, their education levels, ethnic
background, and age. These can be used to determine whether a retailer such as Zara should
locate in a particular geographic location based on the consumers living in the surrounding area,
with high school to college educated household members, with diverse ethnic backgrounds, and
the age density between 18-30 years of age.
