OTEXA is part of the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce and is
dedicated to helping those working in the industry of textiles, apparel, and footwear to solve problems
that may be incurred as a result of importing, exporting, regulations, and classifications of a product or
any other problem.
