2 . Improving inventory accuracy rates of more than 95 from an industry average of 62 ,
increasing efficiency and inventory control.
3 . Increased out-of-stock reductions, increasing consumer satisfaction and increased sales.
4 . Enhanced security and coordination throughout the supply chain.
All of these advantages increases productivity, profits, efficiency, lowering expenses and
shrinkage.
Drawbacks might include the expense to implement, the time factor, and the possibility of
competitors tracking a company's products.
