C. traumatic brain injury.
D. muscular dystrophy.

These include developmental coordination disorder and correctable orthopedic impairments; neurological impairments such as cerebral palsy, neural tube defects, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injury; and musculoskeletal conditions including absent limbs and muscular dystrophy.

ANS: This would be an ideal opportunity to introduction children to the child of death and help children provide closure. Although their cognitive process is developing recognizing the process is important.
