The ethical dilemma involved in dealing with aggressive behavior is
  a. whether to spank a child who hurts others.
  b. weighing the needs of the total group for a reasonably safe and peaceful environment and the childs need for appropriate guidance.
  c. whether the teacher should assume a role that ought to be undertaken only by the parents.
