Answer to Question 1

By playing and learning about games played by children in other countries, children can gain an appreciation for their own and other cultures. They learn that these games are often played as part of holidays or other celebrations and are a way of bringing people together in a common activity. In addition, they may learn that games teach children skills they may need for survival. As an example, the Stalker game may help children learn how to hunt for food.

Answer to Question 2

Computers can be an additional means for helping children to learn to read, comprehend what they read, and improve spelling.
