Answer to Question 1

Children work in pairs. The room is darkened, then one childs profile is projected onto a piece of paper taped to the wall. The partner draws the profile on the paper. Each child can color and sign his silhouette. The purposes are to strengthen the ability to work together, to develop an appreciation for likenesses and differences, to increase feelings of self-esteem.

Answer to Question 2

Sculpture: A group of children are asked to complete a single sculpture with the materials provided.
Storytelling: Children write a story together that one child starts, then the others take turns adding to it.
YAll Come Up: The children attempt to include the entire group at the top of a hill.
Class Caring Project: The entire class plans and implements a project to help others or meet a community need.
